After losing over 70 pounds and going from a size 10 to a size 0, I decided to become a personal trainer to help other women achieve their fitness goals. I've been there - I know how hard it can be! But I want to help you get lean!
I offer a fun and supportive environment for women who've made the commitment to improve their health and wellbeing by getting in better shape - whether that involves losing weight, gaining strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, or a combination of all three. I believe in a mix of cardio and light weight training - you won't be lifting heavy weights with me. You don't need a gym membership or fancy equipment to get in the best physical shape of your life.
I am a big believer in living a healthy lifestyle - which means a healthy diet and exercise, not fad diets or starving yourself. I'll never sell you useless and potentially dangerous supplements.
I am certified by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and have been since 2016. I am also certified in CPR by the American Red Cross.
In addition to being a personal trainer, I am also a graduate of Harvard Law School and UCLA. When I'm not working out, you can find me swimming, biking, reading, painting, knitting, or playing with my westie puppy and orange tabby cat.
